One of my favourite things to paint is British flora & fauna, and what could be more beautiful than watching springtime approaching with the first glimps of nature coming to life after a long dull winter.

Daffodils are such cheery flowers it's hard not to feel uplifted by them.
An original signed watercolour painting of a wild hare in a field of daffs and narcissus, painted in a semi loose and atmospheric style.

With a delicate subtle background and a stronger foreground, this pushes the hare to the main focal point of this painting, she is the star of the show after all!.
